I think we should have rubbish bins in our school environment!

I think we should have rubbish bins in our school environment. This is an issue that we all need to take seriously as it can become a serious problem later on.

My first argument is that if we didn't have have rubbish bins in our school, students and other people that come to our school might litter our environment. This is bad for our school as this will pollute and make our school dirty.
If schools didn’t have rubbish bins, where will the students put their rubbish? In their bags? Sometimes the rubbish might be dirty or wet, which means that if it was put into our bags, our bags will get dirty and wet.

My third argument is that if we have too much rubbish, this may kill the plants and the animals. Students, teachers and other people who are in schools with no rubbish bins, could get sick and they wouldn't be able to go to school.

I strongly believe that we should have rubbish bins in schools so that we can have a healthy and safe environment.

Below are the results of a survey that my group:

What would we do if we had non-recyclable trash and we had no rubbish bin?

83.8% said just hope it decomposes.
2(5.4%) said that they would take it home and chuck it in the bin at home.
8.1% said just leave it.
1(2.7%) said Just throw it into the wind.

Do you think recycling will be dangerous at all?

86.1% said No
13.9% said Yes

Imagine we didn’t put rubbish in rubbish bins, what would happen to our school?

81.6% said pollution
10.5% said probably nothing
3(7.9%) A bad thing

Learning Intention: We are learning to follow the structure of a persuasive writing.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I record three reasons why we should have rubbish bins at school.
